Merge PDF
Put several PDFs into one file, in the order you set.
How to use it
- Add two or more PDFs. You can drop them together or pick them from a folder.
- Move a file up or down until the order matches the document you want.
- Choose Merge PDFs and save the new file. It downloads straight to your device.
How merging stays on this device
Your files never leave this browser tab. The pages are copied into a new PDF here in the browser, so a contract, a bank statement or a scan does not pass through a server.
Put the cover or the earliest pages first. The tool keeps every page of each file, in the order of the list. To drop pages out before joining, extract them with Split PDF and then come back.
What this tool will and will not do
It joins normal PDFs. A password-protected file has to be unlocked on your device first. Scanned pages stay as they are: this does not run OCR or compress images.
Photos that are still JPEG or PNG files can be turned into pages with JPG to PDF before you merge them in.
Questions
Are my PDFs uploaded?
No. Merging runs in your browser. The files are not sent to Oddjobby or to any other server.
Can I change the page order inside one PDF?
The list reorders whole files. To reorder pages inside one PDF, use Organise PDF. To drop pages, use Delete PDF pages.
Why was a file rejected?
The usual reasons are a password, a file that is not a PDF, or a file over 80 MB. Unlock a protected PDF locally, then add it again.
